Junior School covers Grades 7, 8 and 9. It is a distinct phase that bridges primary learning and the specialised pathways of senior school, and it ends with the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment.

A broad and balanced programme

Every learner studies a broad core across language, science, mathematics, social studies and creative arts. That breadth is deliberate: no doors close before a learner has had the chance to find out where their strengths actually are.

Alongside the core, learners start to identify the interest pathway they will follow into senior school.
